Hotel & Hospitality News Update Pattaya: Hilton Pattaya Launches Chinese Guest Service Program Hilton Huanying



PATTAYA, Thailand – 23 January 2012 – Hilton Pattaya kicked off its Chinese New Year celebrations at all-day dining restaurant, Edge, and introduced core services and amenities in line with Hilton Hotels & Resort’s “Hilton Huanying” program. 


Hilton Huanying extends an authentic welcome through amenities, service standards and dedicated Hilton team member training ensuring Chinese travelers find familiar comforts upon arrival, in their guest rooms and at breakfast. 

Hilton Huanying includes: a greeting upon arrival at the hotel by a front desk team member fluent in Mandarin; a selection of Chinese tea, tea kettles, slippers and a dedicated television channel with Chinese programming available upon request at the guest rooms. It also offers authentic Chinese breakfast items including congee, dim sum, fried rice and noodles.
