Leading developer in Thailand, the Tulip Group, led by its CEO, Mr. Kobi Elbaz, officially unveiled its latest world-class Centara Grand Resort & Residence project at a recent launch party in Pattaya.

Seen toasting to the project’s success were from left: Jason Payne, Tulip Group’s VP for Sales & Marketing, Kobi Elbaz, Bundit Sirithunyhong, Managing Director of Suttangrak Pattaya Co., Ltd., HE Mr. Itzhak Shoham, Israeli Ambassador to Thailand, Khunying Rose Boribalburibhand and Itthiphol Kunplome, Mayor of Pattaya.

Located on 20 rai (3 hectares) of much-sought after beachfront plot of land on Jomtien Beach, the new five-star hotel and residential development will consist of three towers, one of which will contain the 250-room Centara Grand Resort. The other two towers, the Centara Grand Residence, will consist of 283 luxurious apartment units, of which CB Richard Ellis has been appointed as the sole sales agent.
