Throughout the month of May, “Ginger and Lime” the Asian Restaurant of Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya is serving an exotic collection of Vietnamese specialties. Saigonese Pancake (Baht 490++), a Crispy Vietnamese pancake with scallops, tiger prawns and mushrooms. Saigonese Steak (Baht 690++), a sautéed beef tenderloin served with tomato, bell pepper and potato. And, finally Hanoi Pancake Roll (Baht 860++), a steamed Vietnamese pancake stuffed with scallops Hanoi Style.
