Music Event Pattaya City: WAN THANAKRIT - LIVE at THE SOUL LOUNGE SESSIONS, Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya
On Saturday, 26 May 2012, The Soul Lounge Sessions is proudly present Wan Thanakrit, LIVE at The Soul Lounge, Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya from 10.30pm onwards.
Wan Thanakrit Panichwid, aka Wan AF 2, a lively and talented singer, song writer and DJ, has proven to be a sensational talent in Thailand, with a number of solo and collaborative albums, TV series music tracks and performances all around the country.
Appearing in the popular singing contest reality show, True Academy Fantasia Season 2, Wan gained his fame and mesmerized the audiences by his talented singing skills. After the show, Wan as well as his fellow contestants released their first collaborative album. The popular albums include ‘Patibatkarn Ray Kai Fun’, ‘Plam’, ‘Soul Much in Love’. In 2010, he signed with the GMMA record label.
The revelation of ‘The best of Wan’ came as he launched his first solo album, ‘Soloist’ in which his songs reached #1 on the charts of many popular radio stations throughout the country. This was followed by his 2nd album namely Soloist Plan B, with hits such as ‘Yuu Bam Rung’ and ‘Kon Mai Mee Wela’. His 3rd album, Asoke, was released in November 2011. His songs were featured in TV commercials, series and as well as theater performances. Building on this new found fame, he also became a TV host, MC, actor and a DJ at 89 Chill FM.
The Soul Lounge at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is a new and sexy destination bar created as part of its renovation that was completed in December 2011. It is the venue in Pattaya for cool, soulful and jazzy sounds, in lush and luxurious surrounds where sassy cocktails and perfect small bites are served, with live music during the weekends, and periodic Soul Lounge Sessions, when a headline live act is invited to play. It started with Burin & the Old School All-Stars in February and Thee Chaiyadej in March 2012.
Tickets are available at THB 500 per person, including one drink, or THB 2,000 for a Bottle Package of one bottle of Chivas with mixer and ice PLUS tickets for 4 person, or THB 980 net per person for free flow whisky, Singha beer or house wine.
All ticket holders can enjoy a 20% discount at The Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya, all other restaurants & bars at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, and at the Foam X Saturday night Pool Party following the show. (Except promotional items)
